Scheduling Appointments:
You will receive two confirmation emails and or texts. The first will be sent the moment/day you schedule notifying you of appoinment acceptance. The second will be sent exactly 48 hours before for you to confirm your spot. If I do not see you have confirmed, I will send it out again 24 hours before. You will be allowed to adjust your appointment up to 24 hours before. Any changes after this must be done through me and may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
While I am usually available and happy to assist in scheduling you, I ask that you try the booking site first. (Including if you wish to be on the waitlist for weekend appointments. Understand these may only become available until 24 hours before).
Day of Appointment:
Your appointment time is your start time. Please arrive 10 to15 minutes before your start time to discuss your areas of concern and fill out any paperwork (especially if you are a first time clent).
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me, my time and other customers, please plan accordingly.
Cancelation Policy:
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be subject to a charge in the amount of 25% of the cost of your scheduled session. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows:
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for 50% of their “missed” appointment and a credit card or deposit will be required for future bookings.
